I voted yes, but if I were you I'd make the black less dark and the red less saturated so that the skin would fit more into the look of the game. The wheels are badass! ;)

Thank you for the advice and the compliment.

I'd like my plane to blend in better so…

To accomplish making the black less dark and red less saturated, is this done by lowering the opacity or fill of the color layer?

Not the opacity. Saturation for the red, and brightness/luminosity for the black.
Did you do it based on the official template? Then just pick the color of the black in photoshop, click on the color, pull the little circle towards the white end - i.e. select a very dark grey color - then select "color replacement brush" - and set it to "luminosity", then pain over the black. This is my method, there might be easier ways to replace a color by another. Anyway, what's black in RoF is dark grey in photoshop. It takes a little experimenting to get it right.

So I quickly edited the skin, made a new 100 x 300 pic and a new screenshot and re-uploaded.
See if this looks better.

It looks much better! The black isn't a "black hole" anymore, but a black object. I can't see the red very well, but it seems to be a lot better too. Anyway, now it looks like a part of the environment, and that's the point. Well done!

I really like it from what I can see. I certainly will not vote against it, but I have reservations of voting for it without seeing the top wing more clearly. From the screen posted it seems to have the optical illusion of being blurred a bit (maybe because of the smallish pattern, dunno). If indeed it DOES give that impression from different angles, it could possibly be omitted from inclusion for potentially "unfair camouflage" reasons. If it indeed works a bit too well as camouflage, I'll have to suggest making some changes. Personally, I want mine to be easily recognizable, not harder to spot. I'm not saying that's your attempt, just saying.

Leaning to "yes", but currently undecided. I'll need to see it more clearly. :|

Please note the following item(s) needing attention:

1. In order to conform with the naming convention in the clarified guidelines (posted here: http://riseofflight....hp?f=112&t=8450">viewtopic.php?f=112&t=8450 ), please make your skin name strings start with "z " in all 5 localization sections.

Otherwise, looking good!

Updated picture to a top down image. I believe that we can rule out "unfair camouflage" :D

Modifications made to the naming conventions and the new file has been uploaded.
