What gives here ?
Boats seem to have a mind of their own when trying to guide one through a river system.
Stick the first Waypoint in front of one and as often as not the boat will do a 360 (on dry land) first ? (yes the boat is facing the waypoint !!)
Will often do a 360 en-route somewhere, sometimes permanantly - as if there wasn't another target in front of it (which there is).
Sometimes the Boat will turn around and head back before reaching a Waypoint - when there's no instruction anywhere to do so.
Bridges... getting under one seems to be hit or miss, mostly miss. And with only x16 speed advance in-mission, it wastes lots of time checking / re-doing / checking again...
This is in consideration of utilising the yellow directional Waypoint indicator.
Not sure if it's meant to indicate 'lead into' or 'route out of' the Waypoint, but I've tried both and there seems to be no difference. (I've assumed 'route out of'..)
Anyway, there seems little logic to all of this.
Not sure why a Boat on a River can't act like a Train on Rails. Would save on Waypoints for one thing !
I must be missing a trick here..
