Hi guys

I know that it's possible to trigger input from the console (Translator: Server Input)

I also know that 'Trigger:Date Time' can set a specified Time and/or Date.

Is it possible to get the time/date setting itself from the console, too (luaScript or so)

or do I have to create a specific trigger for each date I need and for each time I need?

Ok, after testing it seems, that not even setting a time or date is not possible..

Created a 'Translator: Server Input' named as 'Time_08'

Linked it to a 'Trigger: Date time' (settings are 'Time mark' and the desired time '08:00:00', no config used)

Started the mission

Opend a console

Entered (after authentification) 'serverinput Time_08'

Servr responded:

---------SERVER OTPUT:

... but no changes to the clock in my plane. So the time was not changed...

Any ideas?

I'm not sure of the answer to your console question, but the date time trigger is for triggering another MCU at a specified date and time, not for setting a date and time. For more information on using the date time trigger, see pg. 100 of the IL-2 Sturmovik (BoS) editor manual, which is pinned in this forum.
