I have been painting the fake purple Navarre Nieuport 17 from Red Baron 3D. I was just about complete and was taking the photo's to post on the forum. Then I noticed the fuselage struts are still silver/white. I have posted two photos... I painted the struts and externally they are the why they should be, however go in the cockpit they are not matching. I looking into the advanced folder and saw nothing for fuselage detail. Is there something I missed on the template?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The struts in front of the pilot are painted brown, with gold bands, and silver/grey clamps.

Here they are still default colors

What you see in the cockpit is a different HD model than the low rez one from the exterior.

Yeah - I hadn't noticed this on the N17 before, but there are a few others where this effect has been noted before - some of the cockpit-visible areas aren't controlled by the skin template so you can't match them up easily.  I think it might be possible to affect the cockpit areas by unpacking one of the .gtp files and creating a mod package with the tweaked file(s) (basically like you do to change the pilot faces and some of the balloon skins, etc.), but I've never really messed with trying to do that for this purpose so I'm not sure.
