You need to be more specific about what you are trying to do and what the problem is before anyone can help you.

~S~. I'm trying to set up a PWCG game ,so I can try it. What I need is the steps to take and exactly where to put them. I have the game on a another drive that I play on all the servers. I got a download off of the website so I can start from a clean vanilla folder, on a different drive. I'm have second thoughts about where to start and which update I should use, as I have tried and failed to do this on my own. Thank You Any help..~S~

Well, you don't really need to create a second copy of the game in order to do this, but you certainly can if you want to. It's possible to have several copies of the game on the same PC (of course, you can only use one at a time on the same e-mail/password combo).
To start over again with a brand new copy, your best bet is to D/L the latest Free-2-Play version from the official link (under the big green "Play Now" button here: http://riseofflight.com/ ) or, if you'd prefer (or have trouble with the official link), you can D/L it from the alternate link I've provided (see here: http://riseofflight....e-alternative/ )
Install the game wherever you want (probably best to do it somewhere outside the Windows "Programs" folders, such as in C:\Games), but obviously with a different folder name than your existing RoF installation.
Run an update from the launcher and let it get updated to the latest version.
Then follow the directions on Pat Wilson's web site or one of his support threads to install the latest version of PWCG (or, for simplicity, D/L the alternate (JSGME-ready) copies of the latest PWCG version and the latest PWCG GUI mod version I've made available on this page: http://riseofflight....e-alternative/ and use JSGME to install/activate them.
If you really want to take advantage of PWCG, be sure to check out all the great skins available that PWCG takes advantage of - see here: http://riseofflight....skins-use-pwcg/
And, as noted in one of the posts above somewhere, there are a few other object-related mods that PWCG uses (e.g., moving soldiers, static planes, etc.) that are really nice to have installed (not sure if they're required but well worth it anyway).
