I am having the same problem:

I have sent in a ticket and was sent this:
Please help us to understand the problem by describing the situation (I have not been able to enter the product code) step by step.
Necessarily, illustrate the description with screenshots and sent me screenshot and send me any kind of purchase confirmation (DVD photo with key visible) and photo list of content that is included in your version of RoF (from DVD box)
I then replied that I have no way to take a photo as I don't own a camera... I received a second email:
Unfortunately, without confirming the legality of the possession of the key, we cannot consider your request
I have since then sent pictures of game, cd, and product code and also opened a second ticket... I have yet to hear back from anyone. This is very frustrating as I have the Easter weekend off and cannot play the game that I purchased for this weekend.
