Getting #5: License Key Not Activated on Login

So Yesterday I bought the Sikorsky S-22, but ever since when I try to log in I get the above error, despite the website saying my keys are activated.

Are you running the free to play version of the game and Is the S22 your first bought plane?

 

If yes to both, it could be that your activation expired around the same time you bought the plane. While logged into the website, you could try going to your licence keys page and entering the demo key: 77777-77777-77777-77777-77771

Yes to both of those, but it says invalid key when entering that code. Does anyone else have an idea on what I can do to fix this?

Have you tried doing the same via the "Activate Demo Access" option on the game's login screen?

When you say login,does that mean start the game and login online?

Well, after playing other games I came back and the issue still exists, and still no response to ym support ticket. I'm gonna send an email now I guess.

Hi All i have this problem i bought the game from steam i activated the license number and go back to game but when i log in to play it reads license code not activated.

same here..just bought channel edition with 2 DLC and already activated in roff and i can see my channel and 2 DLC already activated but im still unable to play says the license key is not activate

this one of game that i think too complicated with registration

Gentlemen, we're sorry for the delays with the replies from customer support team. If your unanswered ticket is more than 1 week old, please, submit it once again. If it is relatively fresh then please wait for our cs guy to get to it and provide you with neccesary assistance

Hi i had problems with license key activation but happy to say i sent ticket off and support helped me get the game up and running. thank you support.

I explained my problem then they asked me to send a screen shot of my Steam license Key...i had a reply saying it was all ready activated so i went back to game used my log in E mail and pw and went right in. its odd coz they said there was not  a problem but i hadn't been able to play i kept getting license key not activated.

Hi all, I have a variation on this problem. I first discovered ROF a while back and tried out the free planes. Recently, I decided to buy the Channel Battles Edition and one DLC through Steam which meant downloading the game through Steam. I used the same email adress and hence the same login.

 

Now I whenever I try logging in I get "Error N°5 - Licence Key Not Actived" and cannnot login through the game, although the keys are activated when I consult my "Profile". 

 

I sent a support ticket so I'm hoping this situation is quickly resolved.

 

If anyone knows how to fix this, I'm all ears  :(

Same with me, also purchased Channel Battles via Steam, my user details on the site show Licence is activated but when logging in with the game same "Error 5 Licence Key not activated" message.

 

How annoying is this, you pay for the game and cant get to fly, anyway hopefully tech support will sort it out.

Problem solved as well by sending a ticket including screen captures of my licences. Up and away!

I have never in my many years and many purchases of flight sims have had so many problems with a game. Very disappointed with the bugginess of ROF. I guess its back to Microsoft flight sim.

Maybe if you just describe what has been happening to you someone here can help. There's lots of community experience to help you before you actually need to contact support. Unless maybe if you bought a second-hand game CD.
