The following skins are what I believe to be the best interpretation of "default" paint jobs for Jasta 7's Dr.I. Given the timeline, I'm a little unsure if there ever was an older, "Iron Cross" style in the Jasta 7 black paint. Josef Jacobs picked up the unit's first Dr.I on Feb.27, 1918, and it was noted that he had it painted entirely in black, as was customary for that Jasta, so there is a chance that happened before the implementation of the Balkenkreuz markings (and Jacob's personal Devil's Head plane has extra wide markings that would possibly indicate he may have had the old Iron Cross overpainted). Either way, I think it's not a bad option to have an early and late version for any Jasta's Dr.I.

There currently are "defaults" for Jasta 7's Dr.I, but I wanted to improve on them a little. Firstly, the older version is a nice skin, but it doesn't really match the known Jasta 7 paint scheme (see below). Secondly, the later version was lacking a lot of texturing, and the markings are razor sharp. Plus, it seems like a lot of the hardware was painted over in black and the entire skin lacks a lot of detail (see below - although most smaller details are very hard to see in a .jpg).

Please vote and leave any feedback if you wish. Thanks for checking these out! :S!:
