Hello Everybody,

I thought that the balloons exploding on being winched down, was being fixed for the last update?
I just flew a mission in Career and they are still doing it.

Anyone have any news on the subject?

Cheers,
Spag. :)

It has been seemingly fixed before the last update, but apparently the bug has crept back :( .

Hello M.H.,Trupobaw,

I had heard that it was going to be fixed with the last update, one of the devs commented that he was aware of it.
So did it actually work correctly for awhile did it?
I never noticed, the other day was the first time that I watched one get as far as the ground.

It would certainly be appreciated if it could be fixed.
As you quite correctly pointed out M.H. it is annoying to say the least.

Cheers,
Spag. :)

Well, over three years later and it's safe to say the self exploding balloons are here to stay. I fly only career mode and yes, very frustrating to say the least which is why I don't bother with chasing them down anymore. According to the posts I've read elsewhere things are looking slim to none for any more work with ROF. Too bad, you'd think they make one more "end run" with it and at least fix some of the bugs like this to at least make the existing product perform correctly for those who stick with it. For WW1, nothing else still comes close despite the bugs that we are left with...sigh...

Oh yeah - and God bless the modders!
