Sopwith Dolphin - Louvert's Personal Skin "The Lucky Dragon"
Posted 10 February 2013 - 22:26
Well, here it is, my first attempt at lobbying for a personal skin to be included in this outstanding sim. Please be gentle.
I hope I've got it all done correctly as I did follow along with the rather in-depth instructions. I am sure you folks will let me know if something needs to be amended.
Here is the file download: The Lucky Dragon
Thanks everyone, and Cheers!

Very eccentric and peculiear but really good.

Like everyone else… WOW!!!
This may sound strange but with the name plaque on the side, this looks like a presentation aircraft and appears historical.

Something something SPAD. Something something then dive away.

Many thanks Gents for all the kudos on this project, they are much appreciated. JG1_Butzzell, the idea of this being a presentation aeroplane was precisely what I was going for, with the dragon paint then being added by the pilot who had received the kite, (the inspiration obviously coming from the moniker bestowed on it by the City of Bedford). The Air Squadrons Fund was in fact responsible for a fair number of craft being gifted, donated, and presented directly to combat squadrons in WWI. I do like even the fictional skins to have a certain historic 'provenance' about them.
