Geaorges Marcel Lachmann may not have been on the hightest-scoring French aces, but he may have been the most peripatetic, serving on the Western Front with the escadrille Nieuport de Mestre in Venice from August 1915 to February 1916, with N57 at Verdun (where scored his first two victories) and then with N581 in Russia (this Spad7 skin).
