Here's the SPADVII n°2265, of N561(l'Escadrille de Venise) flown by Lieutenant Jean de Limur in 1918. On the sides, "Forse Che Si/Forse Che No" (Maybe Yes/Maybe No).

Really cool scheme, got my yes! Just a note, maybe its just my screen because I'm on my laptop. The white in the marking and the roundels does look insanely white and does also glare quite a bit, maybe you want to look into that. Not meant as a criticism, just want to make sure this one gets included!

Thanks for your votes, and I now hope that the DH4 release will be delayed so we can use it during CAI's Piave Battle. ;)

The white seems ok to me, but it's right, it's glare a bit, but HDR makes all my planes glare this way, but maybe it is too much? I've already lowered to the max the luminosity, is there other way to avoid this?

I use to take the white/grey from the Göring D.VIIF skin to make sure it gets included. Accorindg to a post by VikS somwhere in here, that one can be used as a guidline.

What was the basic color of the overall fabric?

Like the personal markings.

I've uploaded the new version, with luminosity lowered.
What was the basic color of the overall fabric?

It was beige?

It's white paint (for the motto) locally applied over CDL isn't it?

CDL being unbleached linen painted with cellulose dope which gives a creamy/beigy shade seen on SPADs and other types which darkened with age.

My one suggestion (which is a weathering preference so very much to taste) would be to soot stain the white lettering by the exhausts slightly.

So I'm guessing the poll is finished? Any chance these get included in 1.026 patch, with its current time frame?
