Behold the new Harry Tates of the Hellequin squadron. We were going for something different this time, unique markings for our first entente recon plane. Something that's not too easy to spot, still easily identifiable, hq-ish and historical at the time. I hope you like it! :S!:

Yep nice work!

“I have never heard a flying man praise them. They were slow and stolid but dangerous to inexperienced pilots. Somehow in flight they looked strangely like butterflies. In these unloved machines [crews] went to and fro over the lines trailing an aerial in the thankless task of spotting for batteries which seemed not to receive or misunderstand most of the messages”
Victor Yeates, 46 Squadron RFC/RAF

Very nice indeed!
A lot more "historical" looking and a bit less "fun" :S!:

That is a better one, no "pipo the clown" printing on the wings.

Yep I’m an 2009 Rof pre-order buyer and one of the few that did buy the Sikorsky game.

Brilliant scheme!
May be the best squad skin I've seen so far!
So historically plausible as a real sqn scheme… ;)

I had no issues with the "Flying Circus" ones. Maybe not historical for the RAF, but nuts to it.

This is gorgeous though. Love it.

Very nice. I prefer this design over the other. Just my personal preference.
