Lts Armand de Turenne

Turenne helped design the large cockerel's head emblem
for the escadrille. Joining N48 on 14 June 1916, Turenne
scored six victories with the unit before being made
CO of SPA12 on 12 January 1918, and bringing his total to 15.

In addition to the standard SPA48 cockerel's head and
number 7, he decorated his Spad VII with a 'jolie demoiselle'
devised by his friend, Parisian artist Georges Lepape.
Roques scored a total of 5 victories.

Superbe,

A great Escadrille, still flying today.

By the way, how did you manage to open engine hood ?
Would be happy to do the same on my SPAD.

you make the hood area in the alpha channel black
take a look at the skin DDS file and your see what I
mean.
I also added a knew mesh hood cover which I tried
to copy from a picture in Aircam Aviation Series- Spad scouts SVII-SXIII,
this is on the default and Matton skin.

Thanks for the nice words guys I hope you enjoy these :S!:

It really doesn't matter who voted no now does it.. it doesn't make them a bad person just because they have different tastes to the rest of us. If you don't want people to vote no, or you feel the need to chastise someone for doing it, then there is no point in putting the option up is there!
For me, the skins are a masterpiece.. but I honestly don't give a flippin hoot if someone else votes against that.. nor do I loose any sleep over it.

Right now it seems that a few are constantly voting no, with only the no as a argument to troll here.

So what mate.. even if the odd no vote is a troll, it still has no impact on an obviously good skin.
