Amazing! great angles, choice of music, I love the way you did the map overlays.

Ever consider a career in the movies as an editor or something?

I just watched this again and I wanted to say that was fantastic! Very nicely composed and the music was a great choice as well. This would be a great choice to show off RoF to people interested in what it is all about. Thanks for making this!

Great job on that video. I just discovered ROF this AM and downloaded the demo…wow, great work!

Shaun

I just got this on the aerodrome forums. Looks like this vid is reaching it's goal ;)

Very well thought out.. Good choice of music, and to be honest, I felt quite sad at the end sequence. Which means of course you did a good job!

Ah, that's frustrating, and I think Requiem's video needs to be seen and heard.

So, for the next week, if you'd like to download this wonderful video as a single .mp4 file (143 MBs large), (11/6/11 link removed - see edit below) right-click this link and save it to your computer:

FYI, the above link is to the file from my Public Dropbox folder, and you do not need Dropbox to use the above link.

I'm a very satisfied Dropbox user, and for anyone not yet using Dropbox, please consider using this link to try it out for free. Full disclosure, if you sign-up for Dropbox using that link, you and I both get an additional 250 MBs of free Dropbox space - and I could really use the space. :D

Charlo

Edited 11/6/11 - according to J5_Rumey and others,
Had to use hidemyass.com/ (it is really called that) to watch this some GEMA rights stuff to sound material blocking it here in Germany.

wow, i'm speechless…

Very good supportive song you got there, loving it.
The movie really gives me the feeling that i saw a real career of a pilot.
Very nice compiling his(your) missions in such a way. Very clear, very emotional!

Really great. My wife and I just watched it and are amazed. You're very talented. I'll be showing this to some of my friends who are "on the fence" about getting involved in another flight sim. Sometimes words don't do justice to the sim. In this case I won't have to say a thing. I'll let Dreaming of Home say it for me. Bravo!

Best video yet in this sim!

Congrats on the front page award! You deserve it!

Capturing what a career feels like is probably the most difficult but yet you nailed that.
I can see newcomers peeping in here and see that movie instantly buying ROF!

keep it up!

I posted on YouTube also - this is incredibly moving and the story is told so well.

I find it hard to believe that a series of computer games graphics Can convey such emotion when put together well.

BRAVO SIR!
