Type the address in your internet browser and you'll go to a page with all the info you need.

This server is still doing great. More people should use it! Everyone should use it!

if I understand you right you want to know how to connect to the server.

you have to click on "Connections" in the programmbar (its "Verbindungen" in the german version (look at my picture))

No it's a problem with the port, the new TS3 version does not offer a seperate port input field so you will have to do as suggested by tomsen, add the port behind the url: ts3.riseofflight.com:7777
