Although I like my previous "dazzle pattern" camo paint scheme, it has proved to be a bit too radical for my squadmates and was rather dramatically different from the generic versions that my squadmates would be flying. Therefore, I have created a new set of skins for all the German plane types, with a rather more subdued look to them. Both the scout planes and the multi-crewed bomber/recon planes use the same basic scheme, but the recon/bomber sections of the squadron used a slightly different color scheme that would be better suited to night missions (at night the yellow trim is not nearly as visible as the white trim the scouts use would be, but by day it still looks good).

So, here are both my personal and the squad generic versions for all the German plane types, as flown by my fictional Marine units - the actual designations differ depending upon the time frame during the war, but all use 55 as their number designation and include Marine Feldflieger Abteilung 55 (MFA 55) early in the war and Marine Feld Jasta 55 (MFJ 55) for the scouts later in the war.

Nice work, Panther, I like the semi-historical look of these skins. I hope to see them online someday ;)

Great work, Panthercules! Like the E.III's modest looks, but they're all good!

Updated the first post to add the later 1918 versions for the DFW C.V and Gotha (with Balkenkreuze). I didn't bother to have 2 versions of the other plane types, since I would probably just switch to a later plane model as the war progresses further into 1918 after the cross changeover occurred, but since we don't have later multi-crewed versions I figured it'd be better to have versions with the later-styled crosses for use in the late-war period.
