1. 1. The user registered on the Rise of Flight website (www.riseofflight.com) (hereinafter Operator’s website) undertakes to respect the other users and the Operator, that means notably:

   4. Do not threaten users or the Operator with physical violence
   5. Do not distribute any materials that in any way promote or express disapproval or hatred to any culture, ideology, race, nation, religion, language, society.
   6. Do not create deliberate disturbance to other users of the Operator’s website;
   7. Do not disseminate any information that is untrue (slander) concerning the Game, The Operator and staff working with web service of the Operator, and other users of the Operator website.
   8. Do not transfer / sell your login and password specified during registration on the Operator website to the third parties.
   9. Do not use or proceed with unauthorized access to the login and password of third parties on the Operator website.
2. The Operator always has the right to expel the user from the Operator website, who violates current Rules of Behavior.
3. The Operator possesses technical instruments and other means to reveal and identify the offender. Any fraud will be found out sooner or later. Any violator will be punished or expelled from the Operator website and banned. In Case if User is caught in the violation of this rules, then the best solution for him – to admit his fault as soon as possible, which may result in mitigation of punishment.
4. The operator does not bear the responsibility for illegal actions of users, including the use of information protected by copyright, for providing by User false or untrue information about himself, for mutual obligations of the users between each other.
5. Each user has the right to voluntary exit the Operator website at any time on any convincing bases for it. The operator will be grateful to those who will in due time inform about such decision indicating reasons for it.
